My name is Trish , and I have never enjoyed working out as much as I do with Jean Turcotte as my trainer. She is amazing. I feel better after each workout mentally and physically. I notice new results each week. She definitely knows many exercises to target core muscles you want to work on while working the entire body. I feel stronger, stand taller, and treat my body better since working with Jean. I can truly call the workouts addictive. I perform better mentally at work and have seen results in my body toning and firming up. The toning has caused people to ask me if I have lost weight when really I am even eating more. Jean has taught me how important muscle is and what it does. I have no more knee pain and do not have to wear a knee brace since Jean has worked on muscles to support my knee. I have seen the increase in my weights and strength and endurance each week. Along with the amazing knowledge of the body and training that Jean Turcotte has , she is truly the most encouraging, positive and terrific friend that anyone could ask for in a trainer. I have taken private, semi-private and group Cardio/Strength classes with Jean for more than a year. Jean is motivating and knowledgable and encourages us to always work a little bit harder to reach our own personal goals. She taylors each session to the individual even in a group setting, always offering modification suggestions all in the privacy of her own personal gym. Making a weekly fitness appointment with Jean insures I keep on track all week. My fitness level has improved. I feel toned and strong. I have more energy than ever and I have even lost a few of those extra pounds that just never seemed to come off on my own.
